Leean Ramon Orama, Principal

Hailing from a drywall family where summer school was learning on a different project, the jobsite quickly became my favorite classroom. The learning continued through NJIT where I got a Bachelor’s Science in Engineering Technology- Concrete Industries Management, minoring in Business 2010.

The next 15 years comprise a humbling project portfolio delivering projects in NYC metro & Tampa for commercial clients in corporate office, out of ground hi-rise, residential mid-rise, airport, retail franchises, industrial, & University/K-12.

Highlight projects include working on Freedom Tower WTC 1, Novartis Building 337 JFK Terminal 4, 900 Monroe Hoboken, & the LinkNYC kiosk network.
